Privacy
Your data,

How personal data are handled when you browse this site or contact the workshop.
Controller and contact
The data controller is Le Terrecotte di Chiodi S.r.l., Via dell’Artigianato, 06053 Deruta (PG), Italy. VAT / Tax ID: 03714600545. REA: 308876. This notice covers leterrecottedichiodi.it and enquiries submitted through the site or by email. For privacy requests: info@leterrecottedichiodi.it.
Data we handle
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message, together with any optional project information you choose to provide. Website delivery and security can involve IP addresses, request times, browser information and technical error logs. Please do not send sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data.
Purposes and legal bases
We use contact information to reply and, when you request a quotation or a service, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other correspondence and technical security operations rely, where applicable, on the legitimate interest in responding to requests and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights. Legal obligations, where applicable, rely on Article 6(1)(c). Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Providing information
You choose whether to contact us. Your name, email address and a message are required by the form so that we can understand and answer your request. Optional project details are not required to send a general enquiry. Without a reply address, we may be unable to respond.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be handled by authorised personnel and providers of hosting, email and technical maintenance, within their respective roles. The website uses Hostinger hosting. Its Hostinger Data Processing Addendum describes processing, subprocessors and safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Processing may involve countries outside the EEA. You may contact the controller for information on the providers involved and a copy of applicable safeguards. Data are not published or used to enrol you in marketing.
Retention
Retention is determined by the purpose of the processing. For enquiries, the relevant criteria are completion of the reply, any subsequent correspondence and any quotation or contractual relationship. Records needed for legal obligations or the handling of disputes are retained for the applicable periods. For technical logs and backups, retention depends on security, fault diagnosis and service recovery needs. Data should not be retained beyond these purposes; you may request information or erasure, subject to applicable obligations. No automatic deletion schedule is implied.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Write to info@leterrecottedichiodi.it. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
